For the hot topic, it was before I guess 75 posts minimum right ? (with a blinking mark)
but now it seems has been changed, it looks like; has been set to either 75 replies or >300 views, is that righ ?
why its changed ?

Yes. In the new version, we have implemented a two-pronged policy for a "Hot" topic. It can be replies or views. Both.
