important names and addresses

I wish to send some correspondence regarding the pakistani judicial system to influential and judicial people{including the supreme court general Pervez Musharraf}
May I please have a dozen or so names and addresses to send this correspondence to.
Basically I live in England and I purchased some land legally and correctly however the previous owner is refusing to accept this.
