In every match so far I've been concerned that after an intial opening spell by Waqar, Wasim and Shoaib which have been highly successful, the pressure goes off as soon as Razzaq comes on to bowl. He's looked hopelessly flat so far, and to be honest, Saqi doesn't look too dangerous either. It would be ok if we were capable of posting 260+, we could afford to just keep batsmen pegged down, but in our current state we really need thes guys to capitalise on the work of the early bowlers. Is there a case for bringing in Sami?

I think Razzaq shouldn't be playing. But his 45 odd runs mean that he will play the India game and at number 3 at that.
Saqlain on other hand is a proven champion. I will definitely back him against some Indian batsmen especially the newer ones like Yuvraj and Kaif who haven't dealt with his doosra. I know he's been off colour lately but for some reason dropping Saqi makes me nervous. It is possible that Saqi can be dropped for Afridi. Bringing in Afridi would also add to our hitting ability and he has a liking for Indian bowlers
Sami definitely would be playing in Razzaq's place if our batsmen were somewhat sure of themselves. Wasim, Shoaib, Waqar, Sami and Saqlain is an amazing attack. All these bowlers can run through entire teams on their own. Sami will also help keep up the pressure in the middle overs, something we've struggle to do.
