Geoff Boycott has been hired as the Head Coach at the National Cricket Academy. Boycott would be coaching the Under 19, Under 15 and the "A" team. He would be assisted by other local coaches but he would be the main in charge.
I think this is a great move. Boycott has all the neccesary tools to teach the youngsters proper technique - which is something that they would need when they rise to the national team.
