Indian team head home in disgrace

The Indian cricket team can expect a rotten tomato welcome when they step off their plane in India. After getting thrashed by Australia in the tests without even putting up a fight - unlike Pakistan who only failed to level the series due to some highly dubious umpiring - and their abject performance in th WS one dayers, indian cricket is in bad shape. Ganguly and Tendulkar are class batsmen but the rest are faceless, gutless nobodys who crumple every time at the first sign of pressure . Bowlers are so-so. They can have their days but there is no real pace to blast out the pain-in-the-ass batsmen.

I was wondering what the Indians on Gupshup think about these affairs as the likes of sajjadm and some1 were telling us Pakistan were going to get "royally screwed" by India but we haven't heard from them since the games started. Where are you guys? Still sore? Stick an extra cushion on your seats...it won't smart as much

Xtreme Indians can take solace in anything. Remember, that in the world cup they did not even make it to the semi finals, yet the whole nation was celebrating as if they had won the world cup, why? because they had beaten Pakistan in the preliminary round. Little things please little minds. The team will now be given a hero's welcome because they won one of their eight matches and that was against Pakistan. Great Logic.

i agree...Pakistan didn't deserve rotten tomatoes while this flimsy Indian team deserve everything they get.

Even the indian fans in Australia were jumping up and down like baboons getting their ass bit by ticks

Lesson: never talk big if you can't back it up with action when it matters

How much does it cost in India for a dozen eggs??

He is right indian fans will never throw tomatoes at their team. History shows that they only throw stuff on other teams

The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world he did not exist. And like that... he is gone.
