Inzimam still not sure of the rules?

Inzimam walked out on the field today when Pakistan needed him the most, but painful memories of the last one day made the big guy sceptical of umpires (they all hated him) and apprehensive of the ball chasing him. As luck would have it, Inzi was caught in two minds (though people would argue that is not true, they have doubts about the first) while playing a ball from Zaheer Khan whether he should play or leave the ball, will the umpires judge him? Will Musharraf not invite him for tea next time?. In his perplexed situation, our poor Multani had just too much on his plate which by the way also reminded him of chicken cholas waiting in the dressing room. Tentatively, Inzi flexed his brain cells, in a flash numerous replays of the last one day ran thru his mind, interspersed with biryanis and niharis, slowly he raised his bat, not knowing what the umpires will say or do, Zaheer Khan pitched the ball on middle and leg which bounced on poor Inzi. Ball and bat came in contact and Inzi was wondering, is this according to the rules? Catch is claimed and umpires give Inzi out, again? Inzi starts walking to the umpires, to inquire why he was pithed a ball in middle leg? What was he supposed to do? Umpires pat him on the back and inform Inzi that President Musharaf is watching so it be better for him to walk without making a scene. Many a politician in Pakistan has changed their tune when a army general starts taking interest in their fortune, Inzi realized that this was curtains, he certainly did'nt need another lecture from the President on cricketing rules and upholding spirit of the game, that would take time from his eat and sleep policy.

Presently Inzi is sitting in the dressing room reading the translated version of Cricket rules titled "Cricketing Rules for Dummies".....in easy urdu....
