why not try asim kamal instead of younis khan

Some time I simply do not understand what exactly our selection committee is up to….i mean why not try asim kamal instead of yunis khan in one day internationals......asim kamal has shown that he can anchor the innings really well but our incompetent, egoistic and self centered selection committee thinks that he is not of one-day material……did we every give him a chance to prove himself…..i mean younis khan’s role in team is to stabilize the innings and for that matter asim kamal will replace him ideally.......

There are many many things about PCB decisions we don't understand, I"m not sure even if they understand their decisions themselves.

I had suggested Asim Kamal´s permanent inclusion into the team since his really good performance during the Pak vs. India Series earlier this year.

But since then he has not played a single ODI. Why is PCB so inflexible when it comes to give new players a chance?

According to Bob Woolmer his fielding is the main reason for his exclusion in ODI's.

But he could be a wicketkeeper!

PCB is inconsistent fo sho but
Dude Asim Kamal is not the answer. He has never played in a ODI match for us. We have way better options out thier then Asim Kamal. Misbah Ul Haq, Bazid Khan, Faisal Iqbal should get in the match way before Asim Kamal does.

aapki logic samjh se balatar hoti hai hamesha One has to play his first match to start a career. Right?

Faisal Iqbal??? Come on, he is not an international level player. We have tried him several times. Asim is technically correct batsman. If he has to make 40/50 runs and hold one end for the inning, then he can do that. Don't expect sixes from him, but he is good in holding one end and making runs every now and then for rotation. It helps others to build up partnership and play without pressure.

Yeah that would be a good move but Bob Woolmer wants to stick with Moin Khan as keeper cuz of his experience.

Yeah! He has a lot of experience in missing stumpings.
