Need a correct wording of this shair

if anyone remembers it please do post it.. Thanks ! this is one of my favorites shairs but I seem to be missing a radeef or beh'r in it:

Mutt seh'l hummaiN jaano, phirtaa hay falak barsouN
Tubb khaak kay parday say InsaaN nikaltay haiN!

I have the correct wording but its at home.....ghar jaa ke post karoon gii :~)

about 10 years ago i had read it while i was in matric and after that i never had a chance to read it but remembered this much happy that i still remembered it correctly only if some one tell me i am wrong
