                        bhindi gosh
                        if you ask me bhindi keema

                        anywayz here goes
                        take the bhindi wash it real well and sit for an hour chopping its head off and cutting each one into two/three pieces

                        heat just a tad of oil in a wok ...or if you wanna save on washing too many pans just do it in the deegchi you are gonna cook the meat in
                        toss in the bhinddi in the wok and toss it around for a good five minutes to get the 'lais' (that chikni chikni threadie kinda things) off

                        take it out of the wok and keep it aside

                        cook meat as you would some ppl like to add imli for extra khattai
                        when the meat is cooked add the bhindi and give it another five min

                        gosh its easier to cook and hard to write

                          I can cook keema, chicken kadhai, bhindi, daal, gosht, noodles and some other dishes. I don't like the idea of only women being cooking. I love to cook I even wash dishes and clothes and vacuum my room
