          I cant foeget someof the novels of Qamaar Ajnaalvi, specially

          Dharti Kaa Saafar
          Laaddou---A great story of Pre Partition punjab

          and couple of others, i cant remember theri titles right now

          Haaman-Yaaraan-Dooozakh by Sadiq Saalik on his POW days in India

          GentleMan Bismillah: Ishfaq Khan

          Ishq Kaa Ain: Aleem Ul Haq Haqqi

          Zarguzisht Mushtaq Ahmed Yousfi.

          Naanga Parbat: Mustansar Hussain Tarrar this Book featured my FSC urdu Porfessor who accompanied Chachajee.


          Pirsahb what was name of the writer( a legend in Urdu Humor from 50's--70's)....could well be shafiq-ur-rehman...anyway i remember a book from him where he wrote a chapter about how when Nadir Shah Abdali attacked dehli and how he went about what he did in Dehli and on throughout that trip from Iran to Afghanistan to Dehli....??? do u remember that BAC?

                    You havent mentioned abt "Amarbal" in ur mail, you wont like that novel? I think it is really a best novel of hers. Bas yaar main ne abhi tak LAHASIL nahi parha ( im searching 4 that.

                        nd the afsana kali shalwar bye mantooo....its so touching
